Foreigners and stateless persons entering the country with a WUF13 visa or under a visa-free regime, by registering with the UN Human Settlements Programme, are exempt from the requirement to register upon place of stay in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 30 days.
Within the framework of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), a high-level panel on "Migration and Cities: Safe, Innovative and Sustainable Governance Framework" will take place on 20 May 2026.
The event will be jointly organized by the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Organization for Migration.
