Next activity of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the framework of Twinning project

On January 13-17, 2014 workshop on "Didactics" was organized at the State Migration Service in the framework of Twinning project. The workshop was held with the participation of experts invited from the Training Center of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Employees of different departments and divisions of State Migration Service participated in the workshop.The main purpose of the workshop was to give broad information on didactics to the employees of departments and divisions of the State Migration Service, as well as to contribute their development as trainers and to study the practice of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the training field.

Participants of the seminar got acquainted with different modules and methods existing in the training field, opinion exchangeand round table discussions were carried out. Certificates were presented to the participants at the end.

It should be noted that the workshops and meetings in 4 directions – on migration legislation, fight against illegal migration, development of training methods for professional development of employees of the State Migration Service and public awareness on migration issues will be held within the framework of Twinning project called “Support to the professional development of the staff of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan” financed by European Union’s Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument.
