Series of trainings held with the participation of the State Migration Service staff

Series of trainings held with the joint initiative of the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for the staff of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan were completed.

The main aim of trainings on “Migration Context and Challenges” and “Legal Framework Governing Migration” was to further increase capacity in the field of international refugee rights and migration management.

Speeches on “Admission to the Country, Reception and Processing of Refugees and Irregular Migration” and “Exit and temporary staying of refugees, migrants and non-nationals in the territory of the country” were also listened in those trainings.

Diplomas were submitted to the participants of the State Migration Service at the end of the trainings.
