To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons whose temporary staying period in the Republic of Azerbaijan has been extended!

Foreigners and stateless persons who have been staying in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan since March 24, 2020, and whose temporary staying period has been extended by the State Migration Service due to their inability to leave the country as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and whose stay in the country has been considered legal – must either apply to the State Migration Service for a temporary residence permit based on one of the grounds specified in Article 45 of the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, or leave the territory of the country by July 31, 2025.
