Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov met with the winner of the second "Yuksalish" competition

The Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service councelor Vusal Huseynov met with the winner of the second "Yuksalish" competition, Jamal Naghiyev.

The Chief of the Service noted that within the specially drafted mentorship program J. Naghiyev got familiarized with the activities of various structural units of the State Migration Service and highlighted the conditions created for the enhancement of his knowledge and skills in other areas related to his qualification over the past period.

J.Naghiyev expressed his satisfaction with the beneficial outcomes of the activities carried out within the mentorship program and mentioned that he had gained detailed information about the activity areas of the institution and actively participated in several events.

It should be noted that the "Yuksalish" competition was established with the aim of identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual and managerial skills, based on a Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev in 2019. According to the terms, the winner will gain experience through collaboration with the competition's executive director within a one-year period.
