Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during August of 2023

During August, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service responded to 7383 calls. Of the calls, 6304 were answered in Azerbaijani, 966 in Russian and 113 in English.

2509 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 148 on extension of temporary staying period, 554 on citizenship issues, 900 on registration upon place of stay, 415 on permanent residence permit, 513 on work permit, 1960 on other issues.
