An intellectual competition held within the framework of the 'Heydar Aliyev Year'.
Organized by the State Migration Service, the intellectual competition titled 'What? Where? When?' took place within the framework of the 'Heydar Aliyev Year.'
Opening the event, Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov, spoke about the special attention and care given by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev to education and the upbringing of the young generation in Azerbaijan, as well as the discovery and development of their individual skills. He emphasized that this policy has been successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev. He stressed that as a sign of deep respect for the personality and legacy of the national leader, regularly various events were held both in the capital, Baku, and in the regions within the framework of the 'Heydar Aliyev Year' by the Service. At the same time, it was also pointed out that a series of events would continue throughout the year, and wished success to the participants of the competition.
Before the game, a film reflecting certain aspects of the activities of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was screened. Then, the intellectual competition was launched.
In the game, more than 100 participants, including the employees of the Service, Migration Volunteers, representatives of the Migration School project, members of the Migrant Council, and representatives of the Republic Trade Unions Committee, competed in 17 teams. A total of 32 questions were presented to the teams. The questions mainly revolved around the life and activities of the Great Leader, as well as patriotism and the general worldview.
In a tense and interesting struggle, the 'Progress' team surpassing all its competitors claimed the trophy. The '8 November' and 'Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli' teams shared the second and third places, respectively.
At the end, the winning teams were presented with diplomas and gifts.
