On the cases related to emergency stop of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan more than the period indicated on the visa

Is it possible for foreigners and stateless persons to stay in the territory of Azerbaijan more than the period indicated on the visa during a transit?

1. In case of a natural disaster that hinders the traffic;
2. In case a vehicle or its parts is out of order or there is a need for repair as a result of road accident;
3. In case there is a reference of the doctor certifying that the person passing through the territory of Azerbaijan got sick – emergency stop of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of Azerbaijan more than the period indicated on the visa is possible.
