Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during I quarter of 2023

During I quarter of the year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service responded to 21121  calls. Of the calls, 18170 were answered in Azerbaijani, 2663 in Russian and 288 in English.

6847 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 701 on extension of temporary staying period, 1495 on citizenship issues, 2042 on registration upon place of stay, 1565 on permanent residence permit, 1345 on work permit, 7126 on other issues.
