Information of the State Migration Service

Foreigners and stateless persons living in our country without documents entitling to stay or reside in the country should apply to the State Migration Service to legalize their residence. Taking into account the requirements of the special quarantine regime applied in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the application of administrative expulsion sanction on foreigners violating the requirements of the migration legislation, living without documents entitling to stay or reside for a long period of time has been suspended.

In this regard, foreigners living in the country without documents entitling to stay or reside for a long period of time are invited to apply to the State Migration Service in order to legalize their residence. Legalization is necessary in terms of vaccination and access to medical services, to carry out legal acts in the country, as well as avoiding of stricter administrative sanctions in the future.
