State Migration Service once again showed the highest results on the "ASAN service index" and became the first among government agencies

For 4 years in a row, the State Migration Service demonstrated the highest result among government agencies on the "ASAN service index". This information was announced at an online presentation by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the results of the assessment of the "ASAN service index" for 2020-2021.

It should be noted that the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan evaluated a total of 399 services, including 227 services of 24 central executive authorities, 124 services of 13 local executive authorities of Baku and 48 services of 4 legal entities providing utility services.

Earlier, according to the results of the assessments for 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, the State Migration Service was the first among the central and local executive authorities on the "ASAN service index". Thus, the Service showed the best result for the 4th time in a row, increasing the result from 84.54% last year to 92.78% this year.

The main purpose of the assessment is to increase the quality and efficiency of public services, to ensure flexibility of management in this area by establishment of new types of services, to increase the capability to analyze and forecast on the services.
