Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during 9 months, 2021

During 9 months of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 89199 calls. Of the calls, 80806 were answered in Azerbaijani, 7672 in Russian and 721 in English.

19307 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 18956 on extension of temporary staying period, 6352 on permanent residence permit, 8305 on work permit, 7956 on citizenship issues, 3281 on registration upon place of stay, 25042 on other issues.
