To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons staying and residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan
By the Decision No. 236 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 3, 2020, the special quarantine regime has been extended from 06:00 on July 5, 2020 till 06:00, July 20. The special quarantine regime covers Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Lankaran, Masalli, Sumgayit and Yevlakh cities, and Absheron district, as well as Goranboy, Goygol and Mingachevir cities, and Barda, Khachmaz, Samukh, Siyazan and Sheki districts.
During this period, the activity of the State Migration Service, as well as the permission of foreigners willing to temporarily leave their place of stay or residence will be carried out in accordance with current rules (Read more - https://migration.gov.az/press/news_content/14090).
On these dates, the Call Center of the State Migration Service (012) 919 will also operate on weekends (4 and 5, 11 and 12, 18 and 19 July 2020) with a limited number of employees and in a limited mode. Therefore, inquiries related to migration issues can be addressed through the online guide on the official website of the Service, as well as via the MIGAZ mobile application.
We would also like to note that for foreigners who have been refused issuance of a temporary or permanent residence permit in Azerbaijan and whose relevant permit has been revoked, the terms for leaving the country are automatically extended by 30 and 60 days, depending on the period specified on the decision. At the same time, such persons may re-submit their documents for a temporary or permanent residence permit for the period granted to them.
