ANNOUNCEMENT on the activity of the reception divisions (units) of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan related with some services:
State Migration Service notifies that in line with the requirements of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan related with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), in order to avoid large gatherings of persons at the reception divisions (units) of the Service currently some services, particularly extending temporary staying period of foreigners, obtaining (extending) temporary residence permits are carried out only electronically (https://eservice.migration.gov.az):
- But, in some regions due to the lack of conditions of foreigners to use electronic services they cannot apply online to the State Migration Service. In these cases reception of documents at the reception divisions (units) of the regional migration departments (except Baku regional migration department) of the Service related with extending temporary staying period of foreigners and obtaining (extending) temporary residence permits will be carried out only by making appointment in advance between March 20-28, 2020.
