Chief of the State Migration Service met with the representatives of Azerbaijani communities in several European countries

Chief of the State Migration Service, III rank state migration service counsellor Vusal Huseynov has met with the delegation representing Azerbaijani communities in Germany, France, Turkey, Ukraine and Georgia in the framework of their visit organized within “Leadership Development Program” implemented by the State Committee on Work with Diasporas of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Sincerely greeting the guests, Service chief gave information on migration policy implemented by Azerbaijan and activity directions of the State Migration Service. He stated that regulating, forecasting and analyzing of emigration and internal migration processes are included into the activity directions of the State Migration Service.

Vusal Huseynov highlighted the significance of joint works with diaspora towards delivering information on migration procedures in Azerbaijan to the citizens residing abroad. Service chief noted the importance and highly appreciated the cooperation in raising awareness of citizens, as well as protecting their rights.

Members of the delegation expressed their gratitude to Vusal Huseynov for sincere reception, and opinion exchange was conducted on further expansion of cooperation.
