223 foreigners detained within the measures against illegal migration

As a result of the measures taken by the State Migration Service against illegal migration 223 foreigners were detained during last 10 days.

It was determined that 27 persons engaged in illegal labor activity, 12 persons did not live at the registered address and the other 75 persons resided illegally in the territory of the country.

Administrative decisions were made on 202 persons who violated the migration legislation. Furthermore, relevant measures are taken for the expulsion of the remaining foreigners from the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Measures within the framework of fight against illegal migration are continued by the State Migration Service.
