Training organized for employees of State Migration Service
Training was organized on customer satisfaction for the employees of the Service at the Training Center of State Migration Service (SMS).
The purpose of the course is to increase the professionalism, knowledge and skills of employees to ensure the satisfaction of citizens, foreigners and stateless persons applying to the State Migration Service.
The employess of SMS headquarters and regional migration departments working in the reception of citizens and consideration of applications sections, as well as in migration divisions and sections at the border checkpoints participated at the course was involved.
At the short-term course the problems encountered during reception of citizens and consideration of applications and the ways to solve them, customer satisfaction and management of stress, rules of ethical behavior in communication was discussed.
