The memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was commemorated at State Migration Service

Memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, world class politician who lived in the memory of our people as founder and savior statesman and left an eternal trace in our modern history of statehood, was commemorated with esteem of State Migration Service.

Firstly, the museum of Heydar Aliyev functioning in the Service was visited by participants of the event. Wreath was laid by the bust of Great Leader of Azerbaijan nation in the Museum.

Chief of State Migration Service, II rank migration service counselor Firudin Nabiyev noted that all life of Great Leader is an example of service to the land of his birth and the nation he belongs to. National Leader Heydar Aliyev, great politician and patriotic person with rich knowledge, broad outlook and high intellect, established such a path of development and stability that our people still follows it successfully. Great Leader Heydar Aliyev who returned to political power with persistent demand of the people in 1993, rescued our republic from danger of having perished. He made a huge sacrifice for the development and progress of his beloved Azerbaijan and for adding its name to the list of the world states, laid the foundation of peace and stability in our country.

The head of the Service noted that prominent political leader Heydar Aliyev had prepared an ideal oil strategy taking into account all the subtleties of that period. The "Contract of the Century" was signed in Baku as a result of successful oil strategy, political and economic reforms undertaken by the National Leader. As a result of targeted policy of Great Leader, Azerbaijan became the leader state in the region. President Ilham Aliyev, a worthy successor to the Great Leader, further enriches the political course of Heydar Aliyev with successful reform programs implemented in all spheres. Azerbaijan starts large and significant projects covering all areas.

The memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was commemorated with one-minute’s silence by participants of the event which is continued at the assembly hall.

At the event a speech on “The person who created the history” was made.

It was noted that the world has hosted numerous writers of the history, but few creators of the history, as creating the history is much more difficult and responsible than writing the history. It was mentioned that the history and destiny of Azerbaijan are inextricably linked with the name of Great Leader, who created history.

At the event irreplaceable services of the National Leader for nation, Motherland, state and statehood were mentioned. It was noted with concrete facts that owner of invincible will, wise son of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev who was admired for his determination, saved our young, independent state from inevitable disasters.

At the end, event participants watched the film “Eternity" on life and activities of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
