The 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of Migration Bodies of CIS was held

Delegation headed by Parviz Musayev, Deputy chief of the State Migration Service, III rank state migration service counselor participated the 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of Migration Bodies of Commonwealth of Independent States in Moscow.

15 decisions were adopted within the meeting of the Council.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan acceded to all other decisions except decisions on “Development of establishing unified record system of third country nationals and stateless persons entering the territory of CIS Participating States, as well as general data base of invalid documents of citizens of CIS Participating States”, "Progress and perspectives of the implementation of Protocol on the information exchange between the migration authorities of the CIS Participating States from October 1, 2009", “Protocol on Mutual Relations between the Council of Heads of Financial Intelligence Units of the CIS Participating States and the Council of Heads of Migration Bodies of the CIS Participating States”.

Decisions on “Process of conclusion of bilateral readmission agreements based on the model readmission agreement”, “Process of conclusion of bilateral agreements on mutual information communication in the field of migration based on model agreement”, “Action Plan of the Council of Heads of Migration Bodies of CIS Participating States for 2018” were signed by taking into consideration special reviews of country administration.

It was decided to hold the next 22th meeting of the Council of Heads of Migration Bodies of CIS in Kazakhstan in the first half of 2018.
