According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Fee” the amount of state fees for issuance of decision on extension of temporary staying period of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the country, issuance of relevant permits for temporary and permanent residence, as well as work permits in order to carry out paid labour activity and extension of their periods, citizenship issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as issuance of Refugee card or Travel document to the persons who obtained refugee status in the Republic of Azerbaijan have been determined as follows:
| 1. For issuance of decision on extension of temporary staying period of adult foreigners and stateless persons in the country: | |
| 1.1. In case of issuance within 1 working day | |
