One of the main directions of activity of the Training Center is to organize the work on adaptation of foreigners who reside in the Republic of Azerbaijan to the local conditions.

According to Article 76.2 of the Migration Code realization of rights and freedoms of foreigners and stateless persons should not be contradict to the national interests of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Foreigners and stateless persons should not violate requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, laws and other legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, should respect traditions and customs of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

For this purpose, trainings for foreigners and stateless persons residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the study of the Azerbaijani language, history, culture, legislation on the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons were organized in the Training Center with the participation of the relevant state bodies.

The Center provides trainings in the following areas:

- The state language of the Republic of Azerbaijan (speaking, listening, reading and writing);

- The requirements of the legislation on the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons;

- Modern history of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

- Culture of Azerbaijan.
