Azerbaijani delegation familiarized with migration services rendered at Dubai International Airport

On October 19 delegation under the leadership of Chief of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, II rank state migration service counselor Firudin Nabiyev familiarized with migration services rendered at Dubai International Airport in the frame of visit to Dubai Emirate. The delegation was accompanied by Parviz Ismayilzada, Consul General of Azerbaijan in Dubai and North Emirates.

Major general Mohammad Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Dubai Emirate, brigade general Talal Shangiti, Chief of Dubai International Airport on migration issues and other high ranking officials provided information to Azerbaijani delegation on modern migration services rendered at airport.

Special tour was organized for visual demonstration of the services to the delegation in 1-3 terminals of the airport. Information was given on preparation of new passports for passengers within 7-20 minutes, finishing the passage in 15 seconds via “smart” gates, verification of passengers’ passports in advance in newly established operation rooms which leads to more quality and faster services, laboratory for investigation of fraudulent passports and documents, as well as other numerous services.
