Training courses was launched at State Migration Service  

According to the Item 5 of Article 77 of Migration Code foreigners and stateless persons residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan can apply to the Training Center of the relevant executive authority for the purpose of learning Azerbaijani language, history, culture, as well as relevant legislation on the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons.

With the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on application of the Law “On approval, enforcement and legal regulation of the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” State Migration Service was entitled to organize training on learning Azerbaijani language, history and relevant legislation on the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons.

In “The Perspective Working Plan 2016 of State Migration Service for 2016” it was planned to organize relevant courses for foreigners and stateless persons intending to obtain permanent residence permit in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The courses have been launched since October 4.

The courses are held 5 days in a week during two months.

Course participants are taught Azerbaijani language, Azerbaijani history, culture and legal requirements regarding rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons.

The number of participants of the first course is 6. Two of them are the citizens of Russian Federation, one is the citizen of India, one is the citizen of Pakistan, one is the citizen of Kazakhstan and one is the citizen of Georgia.

The courses are free of charge.
