State Migration Service continues measures against illegal migration

As a result of measures carried out against illegal migration by State Migration Service on these days 9 citizens of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, who violated requirements of legislation, have been detained.

In the course of investigation, attempts of Shidda Hamonta and Miah Shobuj, citizens of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, to organize illegal migration channel via route of Azerbaijan-Iran-Turkey-Europe were revealed. Thus, it was revealed that Shidda Hamonta arranged illegal border crossing of Bangladeshi citizens, working in various companies in our country, and helped them to join illegal migration flow via route of Azerbaijan-Iran-Turkey-Europe. As a result it was revealed that MD Masud Sheikh, Hasen, MD Farok Talokder and Raju Mridhan who was working in various shipbuilding companies active in our country were deceived by Shidda Hamonta and left their workplaces.          

At the same time it was determined that Miah Shobuj who was one of the organizers of illegal migration channel deceived Bangladeshi citizens Tazul Islam, Rasel Mustafa Choudury and Mukhibury Rahman and arranged their arrival in Azerbaijan.

As a result of complex measures by State Migration Service against illegal migration during last 4 months 3 organized groups trying to arrange illegal migration of foreigners via route of Iran-Turkey-Europe were pacified.
