Memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was revered at State Migration Service  

Memory of Great Leader was recalled with respect and flowers were laid in front of his bust at Heydar Aliyev Museum of the State Migration Service.

The commemoration ceremony was continued at the assembly hall of the Service. Service chief, II rank state migration service counselor Firudin Nabiyev delivered a speech on “Heydar Aliyev is a builder of modern and independent Azerbaijan”. He noted that achievements gained by Azerbaijan since 70s of the last century are directly linked with the activities of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. Crisis faced by our republic after restoration of state independence of Azerbaijan, threat of collapse of our state was remembered with historic facts. It was brought into attention that in 1993 after return to political power with the persistentdemand of the people, prominent politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev rescued Azerbaijan people from problems and challenges, liquidated illegal armed groups andformed Armed Forces under unified command. Creation of reliable guarantee for progressive reforms in all spheres of public life as a result of titanic activity of Heydar Aliyev was emphasized.

Noting that the development strategy of modern Azerbaijan was determined by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, Service chief stated that today as a result of successful continuation of this policy by Commander – in – chief of Armed Forces, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, our republic which is a model of stability and growth becomes modern and contemporary day after day. The development of our republic is clearly observed both from inside and outside of the country. It is the result of this progress that Azerbaijan is invited to summits of “G 20” that comprise 85 percent of global economy and 80 percent of global trade. The number of foreigners that come to Azerbaijan increases from year to year.

F.Nabiyev stated that every employee of the State Migration Service established by President Ilham Aliyev as a manifestation of Great Leader’s idea on building governed state, is loyal to state and statehood.

At the end participants of the ceremony watched the film.

It should be mentioned that a group of employees of the State Migration Service paid visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center. Familiarization with the Center, visit to the museum which reflects Great Leader’s life and activity made impression on every employee of the State Migration Service.
