5th Steering Committee meeting in the framework of Twinning project called “Support to the professional development of the staff of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

On May 2, 5th Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project “Support to the professional development of the staff of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan” which is funded in the framework of European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument program was held at State Migration Service. Representatives of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Romania and Latvia which are partner countries of the project from European Union, project leader from beneficiary country, coordinator of the project, component leaders, as well as employees of EU Representation and the Ministry of Economy and Industry participated in the meeting.

During the meeting the report prepared as a result of monitoring related to measures implemented in the framework of project during the last quarter was discussed and results attained on strengthening capacity of SMS employees were highly appreciated.

Discussions were held on activities to be held in the last 6 month of the project at the 5th Steering Committee meeting.
