To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons!

According to the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24th of April 2015 on amendments to Migration Code “information resources, post” phrases in Article 21.2 of Migration Code have been replaced with “information resources” phrases. So, from the 1st of April registration of foreigners and stateless persons upon place of stay will not be conducted in post offices. Foreigners and stateless persons should get registered upon place of stay electronically by entering www.migration.gov.az website of State Migration Service or apply directly to regional migration departments of State Migration Service.

No state fee is paid for registration of foreigners and stateless persons upon place of stay.
