From the date of July 1, 2009 the State Migration Service started to the application of the “Single Window” Principle

     The “Single Window” Principle in the migration management processes was applied from the date of July 1, 2009 in the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan according to the Decree №69 signed by President Mr. Ilham Aliyev on March 4, 2009 for the purpose of improvement of migration management mechanism, simplification of the granting procedures of permissions to foreigners and stateless person entering the Republic of Azerbaijan for lawful residence and engaging in work activity and their registration at the place of residence, as well as insurance of transparency in this sphere.
