Delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated at the 2nd part of 17th economic and environmental forum of OSCE

Azerbaijani delegation headed by the deputy chief of the State Migration Service Mr. Parviz Musayev participated at the 2nd part of 17th economic and environmental forum of OSCE held on May 18-20, in Athens.

At the first session entitled “Migration Management in the changing environment” the delegations gave information on migration management in their countries.

The head of the Azerbaijani delegation Mr. Parviz Musayev made a speech on the ongoing migration processes in Azerbaijan, role of the state in the migration management processes, establishment of State Migration Service and its duties at the first session.

Within the forum sessions, presentations were held and speeches were made on the following issues: “Implementation of OSCE commitments on economic, environmental and migration issues”, “Policy on gender and labor migration”, “Influence of migration to the development”, “Strengthening regional and interstate cooperation in the migration management”.
