Chief of the State Migration Service met with the winners of the fifth “Yukselish” competition

The Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov, held individual meetings with Kamran Sadikhli and Farid Mustafayev, the winners of the fifth “Yukselish” competition, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.

During the meetings, the activities carried out under the Mentorship Program were reviewed, and an exchange of views was held on the knowledge and experience gained by the mentees during this period, as well as on topics of interest to them. Expectations regarding the next stage of the mentorship process were also evaluated.

It should be noted that the Chief of the Service, Vusal Huseynov, is the mentor of Kamran Sadikhli and Farid Mustafayev, the winners of the fifth “Yukselish” competition.

The “Yukselish” competition was established with the aim of identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual capacity and managerial skills, while contributing to the creation of a talent pool in the country, according to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019.
