Chief of the State Migration Service met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to our country

The Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to our country, Alim Bayel.

Welcoming the guest sincerely, the Chief of the Service provided detailed information on the main areas of activity of the institution, priorities of the migration policy of Azerbaijan, measures carried out in this field. Vusal Huseynov expressed satisfaction with the expansion of cooperation in the field of migration between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The Chief of the Service drew attention to the importance of the mutual activities carried out within the framework of the Almaty Process, both during the chairmanship of Azerbaijan and the current chairmanship of Kazakhstan.

Expressing gratitude for the sincere reception, Alim Bayel emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries and noted that he would spare no efforts towards further development of existing relations.

The sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest in the field of migration at the meeting.
