Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov met with the winner of the fourth "Yukselish" competition

Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov has met with Shahlar Mammadov, the winner of the fourth “Yukselish” competition, which reveals the talents distinguished by their intellectual level and managerial skills.

The Chief of the Service congratulated Shahlar Mammadov and wished him success in his future activities. He stated that within the specially prepared Mentorship Program, discussions will be held in areas of interest to the winner, considering his expectations, and conditions will be created for the further development of his potential as a future managerial leader. Additionally, Vusal Huseynov provided detailed information about the activities of the institution he leads.

The winner of the Fourth “Yukselish” competition, Shahlar Mammadov, expressed his gratitude to the Chief of the Service for the opportunity provided within the Mentorship Program and for the warm reception. He also shared his expectations for the program, stating that he aims to benefit from his mentor's personal experience.

It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established with the aim of identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual capacity and managerial skills, while contributing to the creation of a talent pool in the country, according to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019.
