The Chief of the State Migration Service, Vusal Huseynov, met with the winner of the third "Yüksəliş" competition.

The Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov, II rank state migration service counselor has met with the winner of the third "Yüksəliş" competition, Emil Bashirov.

Vusal Huseynov congratulated Emil Bashirov and wished him success in his future endeavors. He mentioned that within the framework of a specially designed Mentoring Program there will be an opportunity for him to familiarize himself with the activities of various structural units of the State Migration Service, and enhance his knowledge and skills in improvement of the legal framework and other areas relevant to his expertise. Vusal Huseynov also provided detailed information about the activity directions of the institution he leads.

In his turn, the winner of the third "Yüksəliş" competition, Emil Bashirov, expressed his gratitude to Vusal Huseynov for the opportunity created through the Mentoring Program and his sincere reception. He expressed his desire to benefit from Vusal Huseynov's personal experience.

It is worth noting that the "Yüksəliş" competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition is open to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged between 21 and 51, with at least two years of managerial experience and higher education. The competition consists of five stages: registration, online selection, face-to-face interviews, semi-finals, and finals. The winners of the competition receive an individual development plan and a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each, provided by the competition's mentor leaders (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html).

It should be noted that the next, fourth "Yüksəliş" competition is scheduled to be held following the decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 25, 2023.
