Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service in 2022

During 2022, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service responded to 95402 calls. Of the calls, 84866 were answered in Azerbaijani, 9480 in Russian and 1056 in English.

24395 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 8937 on extension of temporary staying period, 8116 on citizenship issues, 8583 on registration upon place of stay, 4446 on permanent residence permit, 4720 on work permit, 36205 on other issues.
