Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during 9 months of 2022

During 9 months of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 73403 calls. Of the calls, 66213 were answered in Azerbaijani, 6517 in Russian and 673 in English.

17329 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 11320 on extension of temporary staying period, 6622 on citizenship issues, 6593 on registration upon place of stay, 3733 on permanent residence permit, 4669 on work permit, 20026 on other issues.
