Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to our country Bilal Hayi

A meeting has been held between the Chief of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov and the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to our country Bilal Hayee and the delegation led by him.

Sincerely welcoming the guests, Chief of the Service pointed out that the close friendly relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan are strengthened year by year, and the importance of developing the existing cooperation between the relevant institutions of the two states.

Vusal Huseynov gave detailed information about the implementation of the state policy, the development of the management system in the field of migration in the country and also spoke about the importance of protecting the rights of citizens and the joint fight against illegal migration in the background of the intensifying migration processes between the two countries.

Thanking for the warm reception, the ambassador expressed his satisfaction with the level of inter-agency cooperation and stated that he would spare no effort to further develop the existing bilateral relations between our countries and the cooperation between the relevant institutions of both states

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the perspectives of future cooperation and other issues of mutual interest in the field of migration.
