The next trainings organized within the " Migration School - 4" project

The next trainings within the "Migration School - 4" project have been conducted by employees of the State Migration Service - Fuzuli Jabraylli, Tural Chalabiyev, Hamida Vahabova and Elvin Dadashov.

The trainings covered the history of the development of migration law, the main concepts emerging in this historical process and the impact of these concepts on modern migration processes, as well as migration legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in particular the legal acts governing the activity of the Service, the legal framework related to competences of the Service in migration sphere, as well as extensive information was provided about awareness raisin work related legal issues.

In addition, the participants were informed about the extension of temporary staying period of foreigners in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the issuance and extension of temporary and permanent residence permits, migration statistics, sources of information on statistics and rules of use.

At the end, the questions of the participants were answered.
