Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during the first half of 2022

During the first half of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 49249  calls. Of the calls, 44603 were answered in Azerbaijani, 4266 in Russian and 380 in English.

13210 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 10240 on extension of temporary staying period, 5870 on citizenship issues, 4069 on work permit, 3968 on registration upon place of stay, 3262 on permanent residence permit, 8630 on other issues.
