Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during August, 2021

During August of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 12909 calls. Of the calls, 11841 were answered in Azerbaijani, 977 in Russian and 91 in English.

4194 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 2822 on extension of temporary staying period, 802 on permanent residence permit, 462 on work permit, 1198 on citizenship issues, 645 on registration upon place of stay, 2786 on other issues.
