Information of the Public Relations Department of the State Migration Service

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens, signed on October 2, 2009, has been amended with a Protocol. According to the protocol, the following changes were made to the powers of the State Migration Service:

• If a citizen of one Party stays in the territory of the other Party for more than 30 days, he / she shall be registered (registered upon place of stay) with the competent authorities of that State in accordance with the national legislation of the State of the other Party.

So, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan wishing to stay temporarily in the Republic of Azerbaijan for more than 30 days should register upon place of stay during this period.
