Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during the first half of 2021

During the first half of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 55.889 calls. Of the calls, 50.472 were answered in Azerbaijani, 4976 in Russian and 441 in English.

12.827 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 12.200 on extension of temporary staying period, 4054 on permanent residence permit, 4238 on work permit, 5093 on citizenship issues, 1660 on registration upon place of stay, 15.817 on other issues.
