Migration Volunteer Public Union in cooperation with “FOR AZERBAIJAN” International Organization, launched a new project
Founded in the United States by a group of our compatriots working in various international organizations to support low-income families of martyrs and veterans and provide continuous support to people in need, the “FOR AZERBAIJAN” organization has started a partnership with the Migration Volunteer Public Union.
As part of the first project, Migration Volunteers, based on an application, got acquainted with the needs of a group of low-income families of martyrs and veterans and helped them in purchasing and delivery of the necessary food products. The project will provide 12 assigned families with a monthly food supply in the amount of 300 manats for 6 months. Moreover, a number of joint activities are planned to improve these persons’ supply of household appliances.
It should be noted that the “FOR AZERBAIJAN” organization, which is a partner of the Migration Volunteer Public Union, mainly serves to provide effective, transparent, sustainable, and scalable support to the most vulnerable citizens in Azerbaijan by collecting donations from well-wishers living abroad.
The Chairman of the Board of the “FOR AZERBAIJAN” is Samir Suleymanov, Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the International Monetary Fund.
