The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, has signed an Order on awarding employees of the State Migration Service with the high special ranks, as well as those distinguished in the field of migration.

Guided with Article 109, Paragraph 24 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby decide:

Chief of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vusal Afgan Huseynov shall be awarded with II rank state migration service counselor high special rank.

The following employees of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be awarded with III rank state migration service counselor high special rank:

Naghiyev Habil Sadikh – Chief of the Migration Control Head Department of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
