Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during January, 2021

During January of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 8278 calls. Of the calls, 7502 were answered in Azerbaijani, 707 in Russian and 69 in English.

2937 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 2076 on extension of temporary staying period, 376 on permanent residence permit, 396 on work permit, 607 on citizenship issues, 167 on registration upon place of stay, 1719 on other issues.
