State Migration Service demostrated the highest results in the "ASAN service index" for three years in a row

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan evaluated a total of 554 services, including 270 services of 25 central executive authorities, 229 services of 13 local executive authorities of Baku and 55 services of 4 legal entities providing utility services.

The State Migration Service demonstrated the highest results among the central executive authorities for the third year in a row.

It should be noted that according to the results of the assessment for 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, the State Migration Service was the first among the central executive authorities on the "ASAN service index".

The main purpose of the assessment is to increase the quality and efficiency of public services, to ensure flexibility of management in this area by establishment of new types of services, to increase the capability to analyze and forecast the services.
