To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons staying and residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan!

According to the Decision No 359 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 28, 2020, period of special quarantine regime is extended until 06:00 a.m. November 02, 2020.

We would like to inform the foreigners that receipt of applications for all services provided by the State Migration Service is carried out in the "ASAN service" centers, in cities and regions where “ASAN service” centers does not operates – in Regional Migration Departments (Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Aghsu, Lankaran, Shirvan Regional Migration Departments), as well as electronically through the www.migration.gov.az  website.

Stay of foreigners in the country, whose temporary staying periods have been extended for up to 60 days (by payment of the relevant state fee), is considered legal without any additional registration and payment of state fee until the restrictions on movement at the state border are lifted.

During the quarantine period the (012) 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service will operate with limited number of employees and in a restricted mode on weekends (October 3 and 4, 10 and 11, 17 and 18, 24, 25 and 31, as well as November 1, 2020). Therefore, during the indicated dates inquiries related to migration issues can be addressed through the online guide on the official website of the Service, as well as via the MIGAZ mobile application.
