Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during the first half of this year

During the first half of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 171.547 calls (53.303 calls in the same period of last year - 68.9% increase compared to the same period of last year). Of the calls, 157.611 were answered in Azerbaijani, 12.159 in Russian and 1777 in English.

During 6 months 42.198 calls were received on extension of temporary staying period, 29.576 on temporary residence permit, 10.058 on work permit, 8.907 on citizenship issues, 7.710 on administrative offence, 4.454 on permanent residence permit, 2.463 on registration upon place of stay, as well as 66.181 on other issues.
