To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons with regard to the restriction on movement (updated)

It is required to include the followings into the text message that should be sent to the number 8103 with the purpose of getting permission to leave the place of residence by foreigners in a relevant order:

1. One of the relevant codes (numbers – 1, 2, 3) determined in accordance with the “System for getting permissions and monitoring during the application of the special quarantine regime” regarding the necessity to leave the places of residence;
2. Including one of the abbreviations – OYQ, MOM, MYI, DYI;
3. The series and number of the permission card for temporary (MYI) or permanent (DYI) residence, the series and number of the decision on the extension of the temporary staying period (MOM), the number of the notification (registration) on the registration upon place of stay (OYQ).

Taking into consideration the abovementioned requirements, the examples of the text message that should be sent to the number 8103 depending on the purpose of leaving the places of residence by foreigners are as follows:

Note: There should be no space between the numbers and letters. Only one of the numbers 1, 2 and 3 which determines the purpose of leaving the places of residence should be mentioned.
