Participants of the “Migration School-2” project familiarized with the activities of the Reception Division and the 919 Call Center

Trainings are underway within the framework of the “Migration School-2” project of the State Migration Service. The next training from this series was organized on the "Rules of reception and processing of applications by the persons applied to the State Migration Service ".

Within the framework of the training, the participants got familiarized with the activities of the Reception Division and the 919 Call Center of the Baku Regional Migration Department.

Konul Jabbarova, Chief of the Reception and Processing of citizens’ applications Division of the Secretariat, gave detailed information on the operating principles, activity directions, rules of receipt, registration, processing of written applications, as well as, Samira Jafarova, Chief of the Call Center Division of the Migration Policy and Legal Support Head Department, provided detailed information on conditions created for citizens, foreigners and stateless persons to receive information on all services, as well as the work done in the direction of providing prompt responses to the incoming questions.

The questions interested participants were answered at the end of the event.
