“Migration School - 2” project of the State Migration Service continues successfully

Next trainings have been organized in the framework of the “Migration School-2” project launched by the State Migration Service (SMS).

Kayan Hajiyev, deputy chief of the Migration Policy and Legal Support Head Department of SMS conducted a training on “Migration policy of Azerbaijan”, and Vladimir Gjorgjiev, Chief of Mission of the International Organization for Migration to Azerbaijan conducted a training on “Role of international organizations in migration management”.

The participants of the training were given detailed information on migration policy of Azerbaijan, role of the IOM in management of migration processes, as well as events carried out by the organization.

At the end the questions interested participants were answered.

It should be noted that “Migration School-2” project of the State Migration Service has been launched since December, 2019.
